한양대학교 인권센터 상담 및 신고처리에 따른 개인정보 수집·이용 안내 및 동의Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information

1. 개인정보의 수집·이용 목적Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Usage

1) 본 센터가 개인정보를 수집하는 목적은 상담학생에 관한 신상정보의 확인, 관리 및 인권침해 사건처리 전반에 관한기록보유를 통하여 상담 및 사건처리를 요청한 학생 및 교직원에게 최선의 서비스를 제공하기 위함입니다.The HYU Human Rights Center (hereafter “the Center“) is required to collect, use, and hold your personal information in order to provide or to consider providing requested counseling and/or investigation services.

2) 본 센터는 개인정보를 수집·이용목적 이외 다른 용도로 이를 이용하거나 정당한 사유 없이 제3자에게 이를 제공하지 않습니다.The Center shall not use or disclose the collected information for the purposes other than those desrcibed above without valid reasons.

2. 수집하려는 개인정보의 항목Collected Personal Information

본 센터는 원활한 서비스의 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보를 필수적으로 수집하고 있습니다.

a. 상담자료Records and data of the counseling sessions

b. 사건처리자료Records and data of the whole investigation process

3. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간Usage and Retention Period of Personal Information

1) 학생상담지원 (상담기록 관리) : 5년Records and data of the counseling sessions : 5 years

2) 사건처리 전반에 관한 기록보유: 10년 이상Records and data of the whole investigation process : 10+ years

4. 상담신청자는 동의를 거부할 권리를 가지며, 동의 거부 시 위 상담 서비스가 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다.Right to Disagree and Disadvantages: You have the right to disagree but if you choose NOT to agree to these terms you may have limited access to the services provided by the Center.
